HOW DO VILICCI GRILLS WORK?

Mainly with hardwood. With wooden logs up to approx. 30cm in length. We recommend that you use some kind of hardwood, such as beech or acacia. We do not recommend the use of softwood such pine or similar. When the fire is burning, you can add charcoal to the fire, but make sure that you use something that is also made of quality hardwood.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN AND USE MY GRILL?

The cook top is a polished stainless steel surface, it can only be worked with a wooden spatula and other wooden tools to avoid deep scratching of the surface. After each cooking, the surface should be cleaned.

There is a vacuum cleaner opening on the side of the Maestro and Virtuoso grills through which the space under the firebox can be vacuumed, this should be done after every five barbecuing at least. Please only use vacuum cleaners that were designed to clean fireplaces or grills specifically.

The cooking top should be removed from the grill after every 25-30 barbecuing. The grill needs to be cleaned thoroughly in the insides as well.

It is advisable to polish the cooking top after every 50-60 barbecuing with polishing tools used in the automotive industry, these are readily available in any DIY store.

HOW IS THE GRILL SHIPPED, HOW DO I RECEIVE IT?

Grills are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Shipping is provided via major shipping companies (DHL, Fedex, Gls, etc.) depending on shipping destination. Deliverey within the EU is provided free of charge. Air freight to a third country is subject to a surcharge, the amount of which is shown during the purchase process depending on the models.

It is important that customs clearance is required in non-EU countries, the procedure of which must be undertaken by the customer in accordance with local legislation. Freight forwarders usually take care of this but we cannot do the paperwork on behalf of the customer as the information for customs clearance needs to be provided by the purchaser. We, on the other hand, provide all the necessary information for both our customers and the forwarder in order to start the customs process.

CAN I PURCHASE A GRILL AS A COMPANY?

Yes, you can. For companies within or outside the European Union, we can also issue invoices at net price (without added VAT) as per usual.
